Broadband service provider Excitel has a policy for its customers whereby the company provides them with free Internet services for a 24-hour period if it is unable to resolve connectivity issues. a complainant.

Excitel Boradband Free Service Policy:

According to the sister publication of the Hindustan Times Hindustan live, Excitel, under its terms and conditions, promises its customers that their connectivity-related issues will be resolved within four hours of registering such a complaint. However, if the problem is not resolved within the said period, the complainant will be entitled to free Internet services for one day.

The policy states that for every four hours that the service provider fails to resolve the issue, the customer will get an additional 24 hours of Internet without paying a penny. However, an important condition is that the complaint was filed between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m.

Any issues that arise before 9:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m. will not be dealt with under the same terms and conditions.
